*To register for this category, the applicant must be a member of the ISTH. Also a letter of confirmation (max 200kb) from the Head of Department on departmental letterhead must be uploaded while registering to demonstrate that you belong to one of the categories.
** To register for this category, you must be under the age of 35. Additionally, you must attach an official document signed by the Head of the Department of your university to your online registration form (max. 200 Kb) to prove your status.
